			<title>You've Got A Problem; Big Deal</title>
<itunes:subtitle>I am going to sound cold and heartless, but what's the big deal about your problem? I truly am not </itunes:subtitle>
<description>I am going to sound cold and heartless, but what's the big deal about your problem? I truly am not trying to sound cold and heartless but a lot of turmoil can be prevented if we ask ourselves a simple question: How do you feel about yourself because ______ is happening? Do you feel defeated and rejected or do you feel ready to understand your situation so you are moved to dissecting it in order to weigh your options? Let's explore how we label ourselves.

			<description>[Visit CreatePurpose.com]

Injuries that lead to disability in the work place are highly correlated to emotional dissatisfaction with work or personal issues. Can managers and employers recognize when workers aren't using their talents effectively and help them find the appropriate path? This is just one example of translating the body's unique language. It's difficult to listen to what our bodies try to tell us. Afterall, there doesn't seem to be much excitement in balanced solutions when we have become accustomed to the persistent negative reinforcement of dwelling on the immediate problems. Addiction reframing is another example of translating the body-mind language. Enjoy the podcast.
